The first step is to contact us to arrange a visit.
Once you have made the commercial visit, if you want to buy it, you must reserve it by making a deposit and signing the purchase-sale contract.

Remember that, if there is no down payment, the house will not be reserved.

During the commercial visit, we will inform you of the reservation procedure.

The keys and all the documentation related to the house will be given on the day of the Deed before a Notary, where you will officially become the new owner of the house, and in no case before this date.

The houses are only for sale. No rental agreement of any kind will be accepted.

In this case, you can decide with which entity you prefer to hire it. They will explain better than anyone what the procedures and conditions are.

In a home purchase or sale or VAT is paid or the ITP (Transfer Tax Patrimonial) is paid, only ONE of the two taxes.

In this case, since it is a first-time home, it will only be taxed for reduced VAT (currently at July 2024 it is 10%).

As always, at the price of the house you should add it; Notary and Registry expenses and current taxes.
